as for me, I've been to a petting zoo with a bunch of goats, sheep and bunnies, a cow and a donkey and I pet them all and hngggggg
animals are so adorable

we're getting one when we live together. it's final

buut I think skyping with my super cute gf was definitely the highlight of my day

oh, and learning that my nephew's first word was "poopie"
he ran around the house yelling it all day

Awww, I'm so jealous! And your cousin sounds adorable <3 As for me, this was by far the best thing that happened to me today.

So, I decided to eat some pie leftover from Thanksgiving, right? Well, I had it all ready to go on a plate and all, and as I picked it up, the piece I cut for myself just flew right off the plate. Now, this was a fairly large piece of french silk pie, so I was thinking to myself what a waste it was while I went to go get a paper towel to clean it up. For the few minutes I was gone, my dog had walked into the room, sniffing around the pie, and my mother walked in thinking my poor dog had gone and had an accident in the house. And let me tell you, she was not happy. The funny thing was that even after she had gotten all riled up, when I told her it was just pie we laughed and laughed and laughed. I dunno, I guess it wasn't all that funny, but it was a kinda slap happy mood, you know? I did lose a nice slice of french silk pie in the process though...

my highlight was watching a girl's boyfriend find out she was cheating, and breakup with her.

it started pouring down rain just as I was getting ready for bed
I love sleeping while it's raining <3
my room is the old attic and you can hear it all on the roof
and it just makes it so easy to sleep

there's only 8 more days until my girlfriend comes to visit <3
we haven't been together in person since august
we have skype and texting, but I've missed her so much it's unreal
I can't wait to spend christmas together

The only thing I asked for for Christmas was socks, leggings, and two or three 5x7 pieces of canvas. I got Lion King and Harry Potter Quidditch socks, several pairs of amazing leggings and tights, and several canvases in various sizes! I'm so happy!

oh my God today was magic. Not only did my mom have to work, leaving me to relax at home alone, my moirail got a kik so now we can chat, and I found out that my favorite cousin is coming to Christmas tomorrow, which is a big deal because it will be the first time I've seen him in three years

The only good things about today:
Holiday pay at work
A little girl complimented my elf hat and my braid and was really excited when I told her that, because it was foggy, Santa would need to rely on Rudolph to deliver his presents. Her eyes got really big and wide.

Then, a little boy asked if I had any more Elf on the Shelf toys. The spot where it was on the shelf was empty and we had no more in the back. I managed to find one in a shopping cart full of the stuff we were putting back on shelves because customers were just dropping stuff all over the store. It was the last one. His jaw literally dropped and his face lit up. I haven't seen anyone so happy over something so simple in so long.
