I've heard so much about American horror story, yet I haven't had time to watch it, and I don't have netflix ;n; I've heard it was really good, yet creepy... I really want to watch it.

You should watch it! It is the best, except it can be a little weird. It is awesome because it is different plots each season. It is kind of like skins in that way.

I will if I ever get the chance. ^^ I just don't normally watch alot of television due to people spoiling everything the day after the episode airs. The only television show I've found was teen wolf, and nobody ever talks about that.

I would watch American Horror Story if it wasn't so vulgar. I can take the creepy and gore-y and weird, but as soon as I saw the guy messing with himself, I turned it off. I want to be scared, not scarred. XP
So I just stick to my Ghost Whisperer and Charmed. Both on Netflix, they're my favs. They can be creepy and scary, and very supernatural above all, but they're both TV-PG or TV-13. SO that's cool. They aren't kiddie shows, but I don't have to get mooned every time I watch it XD

--No offense to the people that watch it, it's just not in my preferences <3

I've watched a few episodes of AHS and I liked it ^^ I just never have any time to watch it. Once I finish Parks and Rec, maybe I'll watch it. The sex scenes though... There were so many in the few episodes that I watched ene If my parents caught me watching those, I'd be dead.

Eh, the sex stuff doesn't bother me. There's plenty of that in Game of Thrones too.

Oh my god...Ugh, so, for the first time in years, I have gotten a cold or some other bug like it. I hurt so much. Oh my god. And my throat hurts and I'm coughing now and then. ;n; But I'm supposed to leave for work in less than 40 minutes and it just really hurts to stand and everything and I'm always sore at the end of my shift. I might die before my shift is up. Ugh. Help.

Either way, it's going to be one long, miserable shift. I hate retail during the holidays.

Yeah, for the AHS sex thing, it doesn't bother me. But my parents are super religious and I'd die if they saw that. Or it'd be really awkward

Arrow, I feel that on a personal level. I'd binge-watch it tonight if I wasn't so danged tired and if I didn't have an early shift tomorrow. ;n; I'll watch the first episode tonight and then binge over the next two or three days.

But I've literally like overnight, fallen sick and I think I'm overdosing on cough drops. Idk, but the amount I've had is definitely upsetting my stomach.

My mom won't let me. She's of the mindset that if I'm not throwing up, then I should be able to go to work. So, where some people would miss school or work because they've come down with a cold, I'd get sent to school. I literally have only missed work in nearly two years because one day, I actually really was throwing up, and the other, I was in so much pain from cramps that I couldn't stand up straight, much less crouch down and stand up, reach over my head like I do constantly at work. I'll survive. I survived today, didn't I?

i do agree with atlas about staying home, but much like you my parents don't
believe in keeping me home unless i'm running a high fever or puking my guts
up... all i can offer is take some advil and rather than eating so many cough
drops, buy a pack of mints and just always have one in your mouth during the
day.
if it helps, find moments where you can just rest your eyes for a second and
chill. also, try bringing in some kind of soup for your lunch break, eh? that's
all i've got but i know it helps me get through atrocious days.

Yeah, my mom has the same mindset. I guess a high fever warrants me to stay home too. I've gotta go to urgent care so that a doctor can write me a prescription for antibiotics.
Yeah, I've been drinking plenty of fluids and took both tylenol and motrin to help with body aches and the fever.
I have tons of candy canes. I'll just use those. I like peppermint far better than like wintergreen and evergreen or whatever the other is called.

I didn't sleep last night. Maybe like an hour total. I was freezing but that's just because of the fever. I'll be staying in bed, studying, napping, and bingeing TV shows, I guess.

well get some rest, or if your like me and can't ever sleep, sooth your mind
with some nice, gory tv shows. hot cocoa also works wonders for me.

Yeah, get some rest Loon! Feel better soon! My mom is like the complete opposite of both of your moms. Whenever I get sick, she goes onto full-blown mothering mode. It's nice to know that she cares, but I hate it. So when I'm sick, I'll usually try and hide it for as long as possible.
