oh my gosh, if i had a dollar for every time i caught strep.
you'll need to take a few days off with that to give the
antibiotics time to work their magic so you aren't going
around giving it to other people. get some rest and you
will do fine ♥

Doctor said I can return to work tomorrow but I won't be doing that. I have finals tomorrow however so i will just have to be careful.

omg guys. you would not believe.

just fyi, I am known as 'bad luck fawnie.' (brian has nothing on me.) and I think one of the most embarrassing things of my entire life happened to me yesterday.

so I'm in one act play (or theatre.) and we participate in a yearly 'lock-in' called "RedEye Theatre." Basically four schools come together and you're put into random groups with random people and you have 24 hours to write/block/set/tech an original Christmas Play.

I already had the worst friday. and when I got the redeye, I was put in the worst group. I was having an awful time, plus it was my last year. (senior status amirite.)

anyways, my annoying group's 'chosen' director decided to have my character enter from the audience. I had a bad feeling about it, and told her that, but she didn't listen. Anyways, so the next day it's time to perform. all my friends came to see, the theatre was full of people!

so I'm walking up the steps to go through the 'door,' and my shoe falls off. I tried to get it back on (in the process missed my doorbell cue, also embarrassing) and my shoe would just not come on. I mean it was a ballet flat for crying out loud. no biggy? I'll just kick the other one off and go on with the show.

BIG PILE OF NOPE. my shoe literally grew wings and flew 15 feet in the air off my foot and hit an audience member IN THE FACE. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PLAY.
WHAT THE HELL.

everyone just died laughing and i didn't know what in the world I was supposed to do. I apologized to that poor soul about a million times.

I snuck a cup of my bedtime tea up to my room and I'm playing my Moonlit Night album. New age genre, really just crickets, wind in the trees, owls, wolves, some piano, a tiny bit of synth or something, and wind chimes. It's pretty dang nice and relaxing. Beneath the Heavens is the first track.

I was given the album for like my seventh birthday because wolves are my favorite animal and I used to listen to this every single night to help me fall asleep. Like, I'm not even joking. Now, I always make sure it's in my computer's library as well as on my phone. I love it. It's a small rush of nostalgia. I'm trying to remain as unstressed as possible. I have finals tomorrow. I will be dressing nicely so that I feel good about myself even if I don't feel good physically.

ugh I have finals today and I've got a very low grade fever. I'll be on two different fever reducers and painkillers by the time exams roll around though. I felt pretty dang good yesterday (enough that I could be my old idiot self, running a little and being loud, though I sounded like I'm a middle school boy when I talk, voice cracking constantly) once both had kicked in and I already feel quite a bit better than when I woke up this morning.
I have Spanish and Political Science today. Bleh.

I'm at the walk-in clinic right now because my dad got hurt and we have been waiting the past 2 hours to be seen. But he's next in line thankfully.

In other news, my little brother is adorable. He's like 12 and he just bought roses for his girlfriend and he just cares for her so much <3

I have bruised ribs, a grazed nose and a twisted ankle.

Parkway drive gig was fucking ace! Mosh pits galore, i crowd surfed and managed to high five one of my heros as i did, also saw Northlane play and they were brilliant with their new singer!
Its a wonder how i walked home in the state i was in, i had blood dripping down my face, surprised the police didnt stop me

That's awesome, SSW! Glad you had such a great time, even with getting beat up a little! ;u; Sometimes I look back at the videos from when I saw FOB back in July and I just kind of stop in awe because it's still so surreal to me that I saw my favorite band live after years of loving them. Like, I was there, I saw them in real life, these people that I loved so very much.

All the time! I have most of my gig videos on my phone, from Download Festival to small gigs in shitty venues!
I went to Amsterdam in November to go see Twenty One Pilots, for the third time, and got to meet Tyler (front singer) and it was the best time, but i can never over look my other experiences, i dont have a favourite cause they are all amazing! Saw Linkin Park this year in June at Download festival and i cried. I was around 10 when i got Hybrid Theory and i grew up with that album, i know every lyric, every rhyme and when they played the whole fricking album, which i grew up knowing i would probably never see live, i lost it, i was a wreck, screaming the lyrics until it felt like my lungs would burst. Music is fucking ace.

I have many a festival band on my arm, currently 2010,2013&2014 Download Festival, 2013 Leeds Festival & 2013 YNOT and am planning to add so many more!

Yeah, glad you had fun SSW! I love concerts, they're so fun! I haven't really been to a rock concert, except for Nightwish. They were awesome, but the crown was so scary. A goody two-shows blonde does not fit in at a concert like that xD I usually just go to indie concerts, and they are so awesome. Bonnaroo was probably my craziest thing ever though. It's a 3 day music festival in Tennessee, and let me tell you, everyone there was as high as a kite

Day one of finals is over. I had history and math today, tomorrow I have astronomy and AP lang, and Friday I have orchestra and chemistry. I just want it to be Christmas

Finals are over for me :3

I went to see Chicago and REO Speedwagon in August and my uncle is a photographer for a drum magazine so he knows quite a few drummers from well-known bands and he's friends with the drummer of REO, so we got to go and meet the band after the show. It was pretty cool.

Ahhh, I had a dream about twenty one pilots last night
I don't remember much about it though

I think I'm going to draw for a little while on my tablet. I have stuff I need to finish
